Apprenticeships

Animal Care and Welfare Assistant Apprenticeship Level 2

Apprenticeships offer employers a cost effective and flexible way to recruit new talent or develop existing technologists. If you pay the apprenticeship levy you will receive funds through the apprenticeship service plus a government top up to cover the apprenticeship costs, saving your training budget! If you are not a Levy payer the government will pay the majority of the cost.  For further information on how apprenticeships can help your organisation, please contact learn@venture4ward.com

Hiring an apprentice is a productive and effective way to develop a motivated and skilled workforce, and as an employer you can get funding from the government to help pay for apprenticeship training.  This apprenticeship will provide individuals with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for the routine care and husbandry of animals, and apprentices can also complete the IAT Level 2 Diploma in Laboratory Animal Science & Technology.  For more information contact info@learningcurvedevelopment.co.uk
